Behind the scenes photos that I took today during a video shoot for a PSA for a local non-profit. We built the set in our little studio at our office and wrote the script. The PSA will air all through January on TV during Utah Jazz Basketball games. The full photoset can be seen here.

An Unused Promo Video for SLC Nerd by a British Gentleman Hand Whistling the Imperial March.
This would have been our eighth and final video promo via Fiverr.com for SLC Nerd, but our daytime jobs got in the way on the run up to the event and we didn’t get a chance to post it. It was one of my favorites just for how purely simple it ended up being. Wish we would have had time to put it up. It doesn’t have the opening splash or the ending tag and CTA, but, I still wanted to post it for your viewing pleasure.
An Unused Promo Video for SLC Nerd by a Pair of Toy Soldiers
This would have been our seventh video promo for SLC Nerd, but our daytime jobs got in the way on the run up to the event. Also, I struggled writing a script that took advantage of the format the artist was working in (literally I fussed over writing it for a month and then in the end knocked something out in a couple of minutes and sent it off) so it didn’t turn out as good as I was hoping it would. It doesn’t have the opening splash or the ending tag and CTA, however, I still wanted to post it for your viewing pleasure.
An Unused Promo Video for SLC Nerd by a Dapper Hindi Businessman
This would have been our sixth video promo for SLC Nerd, but I overwrote the script and it went long and was probably a bit too much for our actor to nail easily in a second language. It doesn’t have the opening splash or the ending tag and CTA, however, I still wanted to post it for your viewing pleasure. The event itself was awesome!!
Toby’s Dream
Short cartoon we (mediaRif) did to introduce a new product reveal at a convention. We wrote, animated, did V.O., pretty much everything - and turned it around in a little over a week.
Imagine this being shown on multiple huge screens in front of appx 5,000 people and then followed immediately by a live funk band dressed like they just came out of a Sinbad story.
